What a build includes

- Operations — documented workflows so the business runs without guesswork
- Launch — a real go-live with your first users, not a handoff of code
And the retainer keeps it running:
- Hosting, monitoring, and security updates
- Bug fixes and small improvements
- A monthly working session to review metrics and plan next steps
- Priority access when you're ready to fund a bigger phase of work

The build
Split into three monthly payments across the ~90-day build — product, brand, infrastructure, and launch. A comparable agency build runs $50,000–$150,000. Ours doesn't, because of the next card.
Equity partnership
Atlas Atlantic takes a 20% stake. You keep 80% and control. We only make money if your company works — which is why we only build companies we believe in.
The retainer
After launch, we maintain and improve what we built — hosting, fixes, updates, and a monthly session to plan what's next. Cancel anytime; it's your company.
Capacity is limited to a few builds per year. Every build starts with an application and a conversation.
Common questions
Why is the build fee low compared to an agency?
Because we take 20% equity, we only take on ventures we believe can succeed. The $25,000 covers the build; the equity means we win when you win. AI has made building faster and cheaper — what you're paying for is twenty years of product experience directing it. It also means we're selective — we run a few builds per year, not a client roster.
What do you look for in a founder?
A clear vision, knowledge of the problem you're solving (industry experience is a big plus), and the commitment to run the business once it's in your hands. You don't need to be technical — that's what we're for.
How long does a build take?
Most builds go from kickoff to operating business in about 90 days. Complex products can take longer — we scope that honestly before anything is signed.
What does the retainer cover — and not cover?
The retainer keeps your business running: infrastructure, fixes, small improvements, and a monthly planning session. Major new features or growth campaigns are scoped and priced separately, so the retainer never silently balloons.
Who owns the company?
You do. You hold 80%, Atlas Atlantic holds 20%. It's your company from day one — we're your technical co-founder in structure, without the co-founder drama.
