“He listens carefully, translates needs into execution, and follows through—consistently. Jesse is a doer and a systems thinker, and he brings real operational discipline to community-driven initiatives.”
Atlas Atlantic — venture studio & operator advisory
We help small business owners replace operational chaos with systems that hold — so growth stops stalling every time you step away.
Led by Jesse Sharratt — a decade co-founding and operating LAUFT, including winning a $13.8M Government of Canada contract.
A business operating system is the set of processes, information flows, and decision rules that lets your company run consistently without you holding it together. It is not a piece of software — it is the structure of how your business actually thinks, moves, and learns. Most small businesses don't have one; they have a founder carrying it all in their head.
See the full guideOne clear offer: we build your company end to end, hand it to you running, and stay on retainer to keep it growing. You keep control — we only win if your company works.
Tell us your vision. We pressure-test the idea together and decide if it's a fit — we take on a few builds per year, not a client roster.
We define exactly what version one is — product, brand, and launch plan — and sign a simple agreement before anything starts.
Roughly 90 days of focused building: software, brand, payments, analytics, and documented operations, with weekly check-ins.
You take the wheel of an operating business. We stay on retainer to maintain it, fix things fast, and plan what's next.

LAUFT is a coworking and proptech company operating seven locations across Ontario. The company designs and manages flexible workspaces supported by technology for booking, access control, and operations. LAUFT serves individuals, teams, and public-sector organizations, with a focus on proximity, flexibility, and efficient use of real estate.

Permagent is a local-first AI agent desktop OS for macOS Apple Silicon. The agent, its memory, and your data live on your own hardware—privacy as a fact of the architecture, not a promise. A persistent, inspectable knowledge graph (the Brain) lets the agent learn over time, while a verified, auditable loop lets it act autonomously with machine-checkable evidence. Local models handle the always-on background work; frontier models are reached only when a task justifies the cost. Jesse Sharratt started the project with Henry and took the lead early on, captivated by the potential of powerful local AI—which is why he built both Spectral (the open-source memory engine behind the Brain) and Permagent itself as open source, to make it easy for others to benefit too.

Kinrows is a family household management app that brings the coordination of modern, multi-generational households into a single place. It combines a shared color-coded calendar, collaborative lists, polls and voting, household messaging, trip planning with live ETAs, budget and gift tracking, and step challenges via Apple Health—plus a "Care Cascade" for requesting coverage and an optional AI Concierge. The goal is to make the invisible mental load of family life visible and shareable: "Family life, moving together." The core app is free with no ads or data sales and a privacy-first architecture that isolates each household's data.
They brought the vision. Atlas Atlantic did the full build — and handed them their company.
