The Venture Build
For founders starting from scratch — we build the entire company and hand it to you running.
The build
Split into three monthly payments across the ~90-day build — product, brand, infrastructure, and launch. A comparable agency build runs $50,000–$150,000. Ours doesn't, because of the next card.
Equity partnership
Atlas Atlantic takes a 20% stake. You keep 80% and control. We only make money if your company works — which is why we only build companies we believe in.
The retainer
After launch, we maintain and improve what we built — hosting, fixes, updates, and a monthly session to plan what's next. Cancel anytime; it's your company.
Capacity is limited to a few builds per year. Every build starts with an application and a conversation.
How the build numbers work
The build fee doesn't cover what a full company build costs — the 20% equity does. That's deliberate: it keeps the cash barrier low for founders and means Atlas Atlantic is only paid properly when your company succeeds. It also means we say no to most applications, because we're investing months of work in every yes.
AI has made building software faster and cheaper than ever — that's priced in. What you're really paying for is nearly twenty years of product experience deciding what to build, what to cut, and what will break — and directing the AI accordingly. Tools are cheap; judgment isn't.
The post-launch retainer covers keeping your business running — hosting, monitoring, fixes, small improvements, and a monthly planning session. Major new features and growth campaigns are scoped and priced separately, so the retainer never silently balloons.

Advisory retainer
Four hours of senior operator time each month: we audit how your business runs, find where AI and automation genuinely pay, guide tool and vendor decisions, and leave you with written priorities after every session. Quick questions in between are answered by email.
The fine print
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Hours don't roll over. When something needs building, it's scoped and priced as a separate project — the retainer never silently becomes a dev contract.
